Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 150.00 per night in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Travel information :
By car:
- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 until you
reach the Stellenbosch/ Baden Powell Road off-ramp.
- Follow the road, past Spier, until you reach the T-junction.
- Turn right in the direction of Stellenbosch and follow the road (past
Distell).
- Continue past Stellenbosch Station, keeping on the left lane.
- Turn left onto the R44/Paarl at the traffic lights.
- At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Merriman Lane.
- Continue until you reach the roundabout.
- Turn left onto Cluver Road and continue straight on until the second
set of traffic lights.
- Turn right onto Helshoogte Road and continue until you reach Glen
Arum Road to your left.
- Coming from Cape Town, follow the N1 in the direction of
Paarl/Stellenbosch.
- Exit at off-ramp 304 and, at the stop sign, turn right (direction of
Stellenbosch).
- Continue until you reach Stellenbosch.
- Turn left onto the R44 at the traffic lights (Stellenbosch Motors Garage
on your right and Friendly Grocer on the left).
- At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Helshoogte Road (R310).
- Continue on the road, crossing the next set of traffic lights, for about 6
km.
- Glen Arum Road is on your left-hand side.
