Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged ZAR 500.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Travel information :
By Car (from Cape Town International Airport):
- Take the N2 and then take Stellenbosch (R310) / Baden Powell Road off-ramp.
- Follow the road past Spier Wine Estate until the T-junction.
- Turn right towards Stellenbosch and follow the road past Distel.
- Continue past Stellenbosch station.
- Stay in the left lane.
- Keep left at the fork and at the 2nd traffic lights (Merriman Street), turn right.
- Continue up Merriman Street until the roundabout (traffic circle).
- Turn left at the roundabout into Cluver Road.
- Continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Helshoogte Pass. Continue for 6 km, passing Delaire on the right and Tokara on the left.
- We are on the left-hand side, as the Pass starts to descend.
