If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By Car:
From Durban international airport 39 km away:
- Take the N3 northbound towards the north coast and Stanger.
- Then take the Umhlanga/Phoenix/Mt Edgecombe exit.
- Turn right at the traffic lights and follow the signs for the Gateway Theatre of Shopping.
- Take the Umhlanga Rocks Drive turnoff.
- At the top of the bridge turn left.
- At the second roundabout, turn left into Centenary Boulevard.
- Then turn left again into Palm Boulevard. The Royal Palm will be on the left-hand side.
From the North Coast:
- Take the N3 southbound towards the south coast and Port Shepstone.
- Then take the Umhlanga, Phoenix and Mt Edgecombe exit.
- Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the signs for the Gateway Theatre of Shopping.
- Then follow the instructions above.
