Nynäsgården Hotel & Konferens are located in the town of Nynäshamn in the south part of Stockholm County. 55 minutes by local train from Stockholm Central Station.
If you travel by car, take road 73 to Nynäshamn from Stockholm. The surrounding area is a quiet residential district.
We have conference room catering for up to 120 persons. All conference rooms have audio visual equipment.

Nynäsgården has 75 guest rooms, 3 of which are suites, 27 double and 37 single rooms and 8 are combination rooms.
Nynäsgården has well equipped conference facilities, a restaurant and a bar. There are also recreational facilities such as, a sauna and a well stocked library.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Food & beverage :
We always serve our hotel guests a nice and fresh breakfast buffet included in the room price. Regarding lunch and dinner, we are depending on conference bookings. Nynäsgården is mainly a conference hotel and therefore we do not have an ala carte restaurant.
Area information :
Nynäshamn is a town on the eastern sea cost, less than one hour from Stockholm City. There are 25 500 inhabitants all year around but considerably more during summer.
Do not miss the beautiful walking areas along the waterside. The archipelago includes around 1 800 islands. We recommend visits to the picturesque islands of Utö and Landsort.

Nynäsgården is 55 km south of Stockholm. Take road 73 towards Nynäshamn. Follow the road until you see a sign "Nynäsgården"
Turn right , up the hill, and drive straight ahead and Nynäsgården is on your left hand side.
From Södertälje take road 225 towards Nynäshamn.
The commuter train takes approximately 55 minutes from Stockholm Central Station to Nynäs Gård. Cross the train track, turn directly left,
and walk past the gas station. Cross the road at the traffic lights,
and then follow the signs. It is approximately a 15 minute walk.
