The hotel is accessible for wheelchairs in the restaurants, public area and outdoor area. Our hotel entrance has a ramp. We don't offer special rooms for the disabled.

Cancellation policy :
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.

This is the ideal location to enjoy a wide selection of tea and coffee or savour our light snacks, homemade cakes and pastries, complimented with friendly service in a relaxing atmosphere. Opening time: 08:00 – 21:00.
Mozaїque: This all day dining restaurant reflects International flavors in a simple yet refined cuisine, superbly prepared and served with flair. The atmosphere offers a combination of cosmopolitan and casual tones combined with timeless elegance and a genuine local flair. Enjoy our carefully selected collection of new world wines.
Opening time: breakfast 07:00 – 10:30; dinner 19:00 – 22:30.
Sharkeys: Come and unwind at the resort's brand new addition to the beautiful beach front. Sharkeys Beach Bar combines the tranquil atmosphere of warm soothing breezes with some relaxing tunes. Enjoy refreshing drinks, mocktails and cocktails specially selected by experienced Sharkeys bar staff. To accompany your drink there is a selected menu of delicious snacks.
Weekdays opening time: 10:00 - 21:00. Weekends opening time: 10:00 - 23:00.
Tabu: Our ideal exotic bar with legendary “Tabu” cocktails, shooters and specialty drinks. Enjoy a large selection of Cuban cigars, relaxing with cool tunes and a hint of tropical vibes. Open from 18:00 - 01:00.
Waves: Trendy yet relaxed restaurant, located on the beach-side with a panoramic view of the beautifully landscaped gardens and majestic Indian Ocean. Offering a delicious a la carte lunch and dinner menu, combined with it’s renowned freshly prepared seafood dishes, using top quality ingredients. Lunch 12:00 – 15:00; dinner 19:00 – 22:30.
Tropicana: A sunken pool bar surrounded by water fountains and soothing gardens. The perfect thirst quenching paradise, with an exciting variety of refreshing tropical cocktails, chilled fruit juices and a wide selection of light snacks. Opening time: 10:00 – 18:00.
Area information :
The resort is located on the east coast of the UAE, approximately 15km from Dibba Village, 49km from Fujairah town and a reasonable drive from cosmopolitan Dubai. The area has many points of interest, such as:
• Al Badiya Mosque (oldest mosque of the UAE), located 8 km north of the resort;
• Al Bhitnah Fort, located 13km west of the resort;
• Diving spots-Musandam, located 55km northwest of the hotel;
• Fujairah Museum, located 50km south of hotel.
Travel information :
We have an airport shuttle to the hotel. It is available 24 hours, according to flight details. The costs are AED 250 per car, for maximum 4 persons. It has to be reserved in advance.
The only public transport is a bus stop/station, located 35 km north of the hotel, available 7 days a week.
By car: From Dubai International Airport travel east and follow the E611. Drive north for connection to the E88 and then continue east towards Al Dhaid. Travel for approximately 46 Km and follow Dibba/Fujairah.
