Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By Car:
From Glasgow:
- Head for Kilmarnock on the M77/A77 south.
- At the junction with the A76 take the 2nd exit, signposted Dumfries. -
- Auchinleck is about 8 miles south on the A76.
From the South:
- Head for Ayrshire on the A76 from Dumfries.
- Auchinleck is just north of Cumnock.
- Before Cumnock, stay on the A76 taking the bypass north towards Kilmarnock.
- Come back into Auckinleck from the north end of the bypass and The Railway Hotel is on the left-hand side.
